Bocks are awesome. It's like being on a trampoline, but everywhere. You do need to be mindful of lower back problems when starting out though because you jump with your weight in your heels and this uses muscles that aren't very developed in most people, resulting in back pain. It's just a matter of building up the strength and not overdoing it.
