I just bought a set from Trampa, and rode them exactly once, and not in a place where I could tell the difference.
I'm hopeful they'll be good in skateparks.

These would be great in a mountainboarding video game :p

You could also try MBS eggs, they're shorter and allow for more turning. They feel different though so you'll need to adjust.
4 more holes for springs is not a big deal though, I'd try that first.

I'm a lot more supportive of electric mountainboards for urban transportation than for riding actual dirt. What little electric mountainboard riding I've seen made me want to scream. The large torque you get means that wheels slip super easily and cause damage to tracks. Probably not a huge deal wit...

Fair enough, but then the question becomes: does one bend faster than the other?
I don't know, I seem to hurt myself before I bend trucks. But the one event I went to seemed to indicate that Trampas bent more (I'd say there was about half of each kind)
