Well, It's a good F'n thing I don't build scooters. Hey guys, been dormant for a while, just took a ride with some buds and had a blast. Merry Christmas everyone!

If a ball joint were mounted center axle, I think a consistent deck height could be maintained.

Different rates of taper could be used and combined, eg. with a 15 degree pin shift. front 25/40, rear 20/35. That would not have occurred to me without this forum!:)

N.o.t.L.D. would be my choice on the list but I like more of an explanation for the zombileoma as in The Thing or, Invasion of the Body Snatchers. And there was that one with Will Smith with the hard core CG zombies, but I'm just me.

I had something drawn up back when I did the tips for BG, but didn't pay it too much mind because I couldn't think of any practical ways to simply it. Somehow I'm not surprised James that you already thought of it. I looked around and there's nothing on the market that I could find. I was thinking ...

Do mean like an exponential rate. E.g. 10 degree lean = 10 degree turn, 20 degree lean = 20 degree turn, but 30 degree lean = 40 degree turn. I guess you could call it a progressive rate, but yes, the first 10 deg. lean would turn the wheel 5 deg. ,for instance. This would reduce overcorrection at ...

It might be useful for downhill or freeride.

Proportional Steer

Has anyone heard of a truck that provides proportional steering or a tapered steer rate? I woke up the other night with the idea that if a downhill or long board had a steer rate that actuated very little steer with minor deck tilt and increased proportionally with exaggerated deck tilt, it might re...
