Its basically a normal wheel with grooves cut into it and in reality on a longboard would wear unevenly when sliding.

i would say pro 95 would be alright (but thats having never ridden it my self) its not a long deck and not too heavy AND you will only get bigger so you wont grow out of it which might with the trampa depending on what you are doing with it and the ply you get. what are you currently riding? its up ...

yeah thought it was a wood bridge... turns out it was a gap a mixture of heel straps and and lack of speed put me in the drink.
