MBS offered to send me a new hat for just the shipping cost. Decided to buy a set of orange eggs from them and it all worked out to $14. Now I just have to wait until I can get back on my board.

Yeah, definitely interested. I'm in the US though, any idea how much it'd cost to ship to me? My zipcode is 15289.
Also, need to find my bottom hat. Might find it outside, otherwise I'll have to figure out where online I can order one.

Thanks for all the advice. Definitely like things a bit loose so I'm either going to go for either orange eggs or green trampa dampas.

Choosing shocks

So, while riding today I had one of my whole shocks (spring, eggshock, and bottom hat) pop out. I found the eggshock and spring, but didn't realize I was missing the bottom hat until I got back home. I'll go look for it later, though I figure I might as well order a new one so I'm prepared in the fu...

South Park, PA.... about 12 miles from Pittsburgh. Damn, that looks awesome. Not having a car really limits me though. So far I just got a bit more confident and have been weaving through trees at a local park. It's a little technical and a fair bit terrifying, but that's what the padding's for. I'...

I just bought my MBS Comp 95 on Amazon. It shipped with Prime so I was able to ride two days later.

Just keep an open mind I'm relatively new to mountain boarding to and the best spot I've found is at a yacht club of all places. Also living in the city it's super fun to do stealth missions into golf courses just don't get caught! Hahah, I do live right next to a golf course... I'll keep my eyes o...

I don't think that's the problem as I feel I can go over most of the terrain around beyond big rocks and trees, but the slope never seems right. Either it's too flat and I quickly lose momentum or it's just too steep to do safely. I imagine being in a city makes this a lot harder. I'll be visiting m...

Part of the problem is that there aren't a lot of slopes to ride on. I get the whole crossing back and forth thing to control my speed, but most of the slopes that seem too steep aren't much wider than one board length. I feel like there must be places I can ride that I'm just not considering. I was...

How to find places to ride?

So, just got my mountain board last week and have only been out on it once. Found a nice, open grassy hill and I went down it a couple of times. After briefly consulting my phone I found I was turning wrong, fixed it, and things seemed pretty good. However, spending a minute or so climbing the hill ...
