Is the camera part of the chopper or bolted on? Part of the "vibration" you are seeing is a camera artefact which is a result of the rolling shutter - with a little bit of vibration, by the time it finishes reading the last pixel of the last row, the camera has moved so much that the view isn't from...

When doing boardslides, try and minimise as much as possible the amount of force with which you contact the rail. ie jump as little as you possibly can. The more force with which you contact the rail, the more likely it is that your board will slide out from underneath you (Fall backwards) or stick ...

Nice.
I presume you are filming with a GoPro - if so I recommend skipping the 1080p setting and using 720p/60FPS.
I can see quite a bit of "Bounce" in the onboard clip at 1:22 - shooting in 60FPS mode should alleviate this.
Nice to see someone else messing with cable cam :)

You will likely get junk for under $100. Much better to save your pennies and buy a half decent one than to buy a junky sports camera - ESPECIALLY for filming onboard because the vibration levels are high and cheap cameras do not handle vibration or lots of motion well. When you try to use a cheap s...

Hillbillies - although I tend to go through them quite quickly because I sweat a lot and this rots the leather.
Would love something in the same format as a hillbilly but in a nylon webbing material rather than leather.

I have an MBS board bag with a custom wheel mod.
It fits nicely in the boot of my car (Honda Accord) croos-ways (ie I do not need to put the back seat down).

Dude, why do you keep making new threads regarding your board?
I fail to see the point of returning a clearly faulty Pro 95 and getting a Comp.

If you already paid for a Pro, just get a replacement - why are you even considering a step down?

No, nothing wrong with the board per se, but it is a 15deg tip angle and thus incompatible with channel trucks.

Just take a chill pill and let MBS sort it out. Surely the fact that they recognised your problem and offered to sort it right away is a positive thing not a negative one? Mistakes inevitably happen, but what people do to rectify the mistake is more important. You never know, you may get a freebie f...

Thanks for the offer. That was very nice of you. I bought a new mbs pro 95 retaliation! Any thoughts on that one? Excellent board - would have recommended it if it was in the original price range... I am not a fan of the deck shape (I prefer the TK type shape) but I do like the design - comes in 2n...

Oh and if import tax is the thing stopping you getting a trampa, I suppose I could maybe help a brutha out - if you had it delivered to me, I could post it on and mark it as a gift, thus avoiding import taxes. You would obviously have to pay me the postage tho :P Ted, the owner of Trampa knows me - ...

I am not too enamoured with MBS' choice of twistar hubs for the mid-range stuff that would be appropriate. Can you get scrub products? I know the 2011 scrub GLD-DH was an excellent board for the money - the hubs are tri-spoke but to be honest they are much better than twistars (Admittedly not as lig...

For those that know him, I suggest heading over to his facebook page and posting some words of condolence - the poor bugger is laid up in hospital in a foreign country awaiting an op.

Is this not the same place as the downhill event we saw a while ago? I seem to remember a nosno video or something.
Whatever, that track looks like the most fun ever. If anyone is planning a trip there, I'm in.

Also, one should know that a go-pro hero 3 and basic editing software alone are not enough to get you anywhere near the quality shown in the video. You need a professional color adjustment, contrast adjustment... Apparently the cineform studio included with it will make the colours look like that. ...
