Having your foot out of your shoe is the last thing I would want. I don't think riding with or without heelstraps is more dangerous than the other, as long as both feet stay in, or both come out (with shoes). Most riding is a little easier/more efficient/more comfortable with heelstraps, I'll admit ...

Here's why I think so many people in Europe use them: - the weather is shit in the UK a lot of the time, so back when Freeflex bindings where the most used bindings, heelstraps and snowboard bindings were a good way to ensure your feet wouldn't slip out. Then F3s appeared, and everybody ditched Free...

Well, it looks like they're taking their time with all this R&D. It should be pretty good when it's out.

Orsen Card is said to be a huge homophobe.
I loved Ender's game before I heard that.

Manhicks were almost as heavy as trispokes but were awesome for skateparks. Speed is more important than weight, really, so ride those that give you the most speed. Trispoke + alphas is a guurrreat combination. Right now I ride rockstar pros and alphas because I'm a sucker for fancy stuff. As for ri...

The change occured in 2006. Wood decks are cheap, and a lot of the changes that have been done lately have to do with having fewer different "boring" parts (like screws and stuff), and making it easy to assemble the board at the factory. Look at the plastic L-brackets, they are a good example: same ...

You might need tubes also. hubs: http://atbshop.co.uk/productdetails.php?id=2145&cat=acc tires: http://atbshop.co.uk/productd...

/me does not really like the idea, because they'll most likely try to cash in on it super quick. Like, put up a half-assed show once, have it fail, and never try again. We all know mountainboarding would work, and people would love it. I just don't trust big companies with it, they don't understand ...

Those were the first few runs for qualifications. I finally hit it during the finals, but it was more like a wall ride than a quarter pipe. And since it didn't have a kicker to boot you up, you had to go through the weird transition. Not much fun.

At the risk of sounding like one of those guys who always want to be different, I must say MBS's first video 'A day in the Dirt' is one of my favorites, if not my favorite. It was basically the first one I watched, and seeing people rip so hard back then was awesome. It features mostly people riding...

Seriously? How the heck do you do a noseroll 540? I've seen Tom Kirkman do it in a video. You need to go up to a jump or something, before coming back down. I assume you can imagine the noseroll 360 in this configuration ? To do the 540, you pop off your nose and do a last 180. It will always be im...

Stmltboarder, I push normal, and everything you said can be done pushing normal. I never catch up on wheels anymore. It only happened to me like 3 times ever, and I must have given a few thousand pushes.
