That's good advice Dave. You need to stress more how important it is to have your weight centered if you don't put your foot back in the binding. The slightest leaning back will throw you back once you reach the transition after landing.

I have been to Plateau de Beille a couple times. It's a nordic ski resort, so it's not steep and they have several fun dirt roads, which you can continue on to tarmac. Overall it would be about 3 minutes on dirt and then 10 minutes on good tarmac. Great visibility, so you can see a car coming from h...

Check out evilc's videos on atbsports for good freeriding footage (can't find them, sorry).
