Strong and fast tires.

Alright so here's the deal, my pro 100 is now officially out of service due to destroyed t1 tires. Maybe it's unreasonable that I'm upset they only lasted a year, at least 4-6 months in days total of which the board saw no action. ATM I can't really afford new tires but I'm going to throw out the ca...

Ahhhhh, it's you. That guy from craigslist with his half price Leon Robbins. I was thinking to contact you for a lower price possibly (especially since I already have a leon robbins but with matrix pro's and all the new hardware) but I ended getting a comp 95 for $150. Good luck to you for selling t...

Sounds good Casey. As an update, I'd like to announce that I picked up a Comp 95 yesterday @ $150 with a brake kit and an extra tube. I feel like I scored pretty well especially considering the low population of mountainboarders in WA. In other news, I may still be in the market to buy a Pro 95 DECK...

Really? I would think the area over there is fairly flat no? And as for Saturday, I can't due to a final project for one of my college classes. I'm actually on my way to Seattle now for the day though. Taking a while with the Skagit bridge having collapsed and all. That said, I will be more free to ...

I'll actually be in Puyallup this Friday to pick that comp 95, however I'm not sure if I'll be available on Friday or Saturday, actually teaching my girlfriend how to mountainboard- not sure that'll be too thrilling for you. xD I'll talk to her though and see what she wants to do. Also, my tires are...

Hell, for that matter, I think that's one of the reasons you don't see mountain boarders everywhere- They cost a pretty penny. Though that's true of mountain bikes and plenty of kids have those. I think it's harder to justify for some reason though than is a mountain bike. That and the fact that eve...

Don't know how in the world it didn't come up that MBS makes dirt scooters as well. They primarily use all the same parts as their mountainboards do so it's gotta at least help their sales with the mountainboard parts I would imagine. All of the hubs and wheels are the same, only sold in sets of two...

Narrow steep trails drive me nutty sometimes. I've got some public trails near my house that go downhill for about a quarter-half mile all narrow. It's insane, I've been experimenting with some different routes which still hit parts of the trails but let off here and there to avoid having an unfrien...

Looks like ridiculous amounts of fun; nice long runs! I'm so used to seeing the bike parks that just go straight down and then straight back up and just constantly require pedaling uphill, that looks amazing! http://youtu.be/kjOV2AYSw1I?t=2m10s I'll be sure to contact you sometime when I get the tim...

Yeah I saw a posting for the 2010 Pro 95 @ $150 with matrix pro's and vegas hubs w/ brand new wheels but it was on craigslist somewhere up in the middle of the rockies. So... Unfortunately, all I get to do is stare at it longingly wishing I lived somewhere out in the rockies too... Haha. :/

Certainly wasn't expecting a Pro 95 for that low. Just saying, t'd be awesome. Although I debate the whole not getting a 95 for 300. Right place right time on that one though. If I had the money, I could obtain a second leon pro for $300 (and I would too.) Tbh, I would need at least a comp for how I...

Ahhh, may the rain make it's return to Washington. Casey, you pm'd me a while back and I never got back to you. I maybe down to ride with you in the Seattle area. What I'm real curious about is this 60 acres of trails and jumps in Issaquah. My girlfriend lives in the Burien area, and we've taken som...

Looking to buy a second board for secondary/friend use. $150-200.

Currently, I'm riding a Leon Robbins Pro 100 with all hardware from the 2012 TK Pro 100. That said, I've been long considering getting myself a second board. For one, I think it would awesome to have a second board like the 95 for taking out to the jumps, and leaving the ol' 100 for the trails/casua...

Any way to get a blank trampa deck here in the U.S?

I've looked for a while and haven't been able to find anything. I want to get myself a cut-up board!

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if those will fit today's boards like the pro 100? It seems like they would only use the top 4 holes instead of all 6 like the matrix pro, but I could be wrong.

@DrSkaCtopus: No it's not really a question of the wheels, it's more of way the matrix trucks provide dampening to a rising curb (or any sort of uneven landscapes, sort of a requirement for the whole mountainboarding thing I would imagine.) It was not the turning that was of issue, I actually came t...

What do you think about scooping that thing up for $40 and attaching the trucks to a trampa blank? Worthwhile?

I didn't know where else to ask it. (Channel trucks vs. Longboard)

As someone who is active in not only mountainboarding, but plain longboarding as well I have questioned the intertwining of some of the technology offered by both sides. 2 days ago, I was in a gnarly longboard crash- It involved me bombing a hill and some silver caravan started coming up driving sma...
