I wouldn't be to bothered about the breed of the board think more about the flex/length/weight of the board. These things will all effect you in diffrent ways doing these disaplines and downhill and freestyle are at opposite ends of this rainbow. And it ain't just the deck it's the trucks, wheels th...

Yep, that's basically what i've done. Doesn't seem to cause any problems at all. It can sound a bit rattley when walking with the board but like we all should i do pre ride checks and they is all good

Yer i used to have skate trucks and had to tighten 'em right up to stop the wibble wobbles though they are good for learning to carve as in the way they are the least stable. Turn by using your hips to lean out over the edge of the board, so stick your bum out with a slight twist heelside and thrust...

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this problem? They are but a month old so it is a bit of a problem? It...

Anyways realised that the shims inbetween bearings don't fit (obviousley) so fitted trucks wheels bearings and just left shims out. Is there a...

It takes alot more skill to ride a board over a scooter, yer ok tricks are just as hard and you get things like the tailwhips that can go badly wrong. And yer if you fall from a scooter you've gotta get away from it where as your board is with you. Though i used to do alot of mountain biking and a f...

fair warning though madmike it is a bit of a bitch of a job, mark it up using a pen and masking tape also tape both sides of the deck for drilling as this will stop splintering and de lam. Take your time in setting it all up you may find that you can use an exsisting hole anyway as a starting point ...
