i ride my nosno with full snowboard bindings.

pros, amazing control, super locked in, adjustability.

cons, weight, mine are uncomfortable in skate shoes so i wear snowboard boots. You can't push.

I think i once cleaned my bearings, apart from that the occasional tigtening of bolts if theyre falling out and fixing anything thats broken.

if u have down flat down sections, depending how long the flats are, I would use the down slopes for the landings. to be honest if i had a garden for riding id probably just keep all my jumps wood so that they could be shifted around easily.

Yeah, I have fixed toes and ratchet the heels.

Don't know about brittle ladders, never had a problem personally.

Thanks for the advice Ben, my other idea was to get some camlocks to replace the ratchets. That way, even if I preferred ratchets on the heelstraps, I could put my F4 ratchets on and put the camlocks on the F4s. not a bad idea. I have camlocks on my F4s, and normal trampa ratchets on my trampa heel...
