I thought you were working on getting some custom polyurethane bushings cut.

In the long run, those should be cheaper as they won't break down as fast as the rubber bushings.

Unless he trashed the inner threads, you should just be able to replace the valve core.... they're cheap.

I actually have a bunch of valve cores and valve tool along with all the other tools, patch kit, etc.
