Quick early review of the Pro97

Hey everyone, I put my initial review up at http://www.mountainboard.fr/test-matos/mbs-pro-97-dylan-warren_20/ (I haven't had much time riding freestyle and rode downhill a couple of times.) This should show up in English, and is also available in French. Language toggle buttons are up in the to rig...

If you ride without heel straps, F5s (IMHO) suffer from the same problem as F4s: they don't work that well if you like a loose fit, they're only sticky if you tighten them down. Third thing: if you ride yellow blocks, with a little work you can actually ride bowls like a skateboard. I'm shocked, I could never do it before.

I'm just starting to ride them. Two things I like at this point: super easy to switch between orange and yellow blocks, and they turn well.

Let me ask again Why would you keep your trucks flipped if you want a low COG I know, I know, you said you like the grinding. Many people do. Anyway, how solid to you think this mount is? I'd be afraid to ride it, I imagine it'd be easy to tear the trucks off on a big landing, or just hitting a rock...

Beet nailed it. The truth is for board riders like us, the balance part, popping up and the upper body motions for turns come for free or close to free. So once you get your first wave you'll feel like you get it, but you won't. The difficult thing about surfing is reading the conditions, and indivi...

Hey everyone, Mason Moore's been working hard to reach a new milestone in mountainboarding's history. He recently his launched Facebook athlete page and promised to release some footage of what he's been up to once he gets to 500 likes. I'm pretty curious about the new allterrain longboard wheels, but I suspect they'll wear out super fast, leaving you with a regular longboard. I'd love to be wrong.
