ABS Nosno alloy mounts
I've just ordered all the parts needed (thanks to Bens tutorial) to make a mount . I got the T-nuts from here - It was £5 for two including postage, much cheaper than everywhere else that came out to around £15
Just need to take the parts down the local garage to get them welded then I'll be ready to go. I only need to get some Trampa superstars and brake disks when they come back in stock (almost been a year now ... ) and I should have a very light brakeboard for dragging up hills.
I'll post up pics when they're done.

I have disks, but I wanna use Superstars instead of trispokes, the Trampa disks are much nicer.

T nuts arrived, they fit perfectly! Just waiting for the exhaust clamps now, definitely the way to go if you want to save time and money. I'll post up pics when they're done. More good news too, Trampa disks came back in stock, yay! Hopefully I'll have my perfect brake board set up in no time.

Just dropped them off at the garage, the t nut is a little to shallow so the brake rubs against the exhaust clamp but they're going to try grinding the 'angle' down on the exhaust clamp so the brake points out more. Hopefully they'll be finished within a few hours.

not sure i understand, from what i recall i thought they would have had to add a bit between the nut and the clamp, not remove....

I'm still waiting for the garage to weld them, they have to get another welder in to do it for me.
