i did something similar with my old multishock mbs trucks. these trucks were made before they put bushings in-between the kingpin to stop grinding so my trucks were already damaged. so i ordered these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00137NHPY/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00137S2JA/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
the second ones being for the holes that were ground out way beyond the original .5 inch diameter. i then used a grade 8 3/8x4 inch bolt as a king pin it works astonishingly well and should extend the life of the trucks exponentially! if any of that was confusing let me know and i can try to explain or post pictures
if none of that apples what does is that flange washers(nylon) are essetially the same product as the kingpin bushings from MBS so order through amazon (if you can find an appropriate size) and get 100 for less than the price of 4 from MBS.

That seems to be a brilliant idea! Could anyone give me exact specifications of a bushing in metric (Please?)... I would be very thankful if someone done it in paint or drew it.

do you not have any springs?

I like it Bennett. And the nylon collars will be slipperier than metal-on-metal -- nylon washers make slipperier contact surfaces when placed between the metal of top and bottom trucks or bolt and metal truck surface.

exactly the holes for the kingpin had already been ground by the kingpin making the holes much larger than they should be

The amazon order looks like the best way to go as of right now. I just called MBS and they said they've been expecting to get a shipment of the bushings in for weeks but haven't and it caused some problems. (For me included.) Luckily, he said he may just have enough in the back to get me some going since I've been waiting 2 and a half weeks for any new word on them and told me to expect an email about shipping info within 20 minutes. Cool! That said, amazon is looking pretty gold if your looking to do this conversion atm. Exact size specifications would be great if anyone knows them for the actually MBS bushings, and the hole size it needs to fit the larger kingpin from the standard matrix bottom hangar.

Well here it is...

Well here it is, my final product after finally getting my bushings in yesterday.
The end result: WOW. This mod brought my board to life!
I don't know if it's the new bushings, nylon washers, and new eggs, but it made my ride so silky smooth and nice that it even seems to have a ride better than my Pro 100 on Matrix Pro's!
My overall rating of this mod so far: 11/10!

I want to mention something about this mod that I have noticed. I replaced the yellow eggs during the conversion and now with the conversion the orange seem to act more like yellows in comparison to my matrix pro's. It seems odd to me but it is certainly true. I never thought I'd have a desire for red eggs, but now... I CRAVE THEM. That said, I do love the conversion and it is certainly a big step up. I have yet to try any jumps or whatnot on it, but I'm hoping it is better than with my yellows which were awful for landing tricks off jumps.

Yeah i would have stayed clear of the mbs egg shocks my self if I were you I would have put in red trampa dampas in they fit much more snug there for more way for adjustment if you need a photo of them in mine just ask

Oh believe me I would have too, but I have to import trampa, and since I was ordering from mbs anyways I just sprung for the stiffer eggshocks because I like the oranges in the pro, but dislike the yellows in the comp.

Get some imported be leave me you'll not regret it but being snug makes them a bit of a pig to fit

Oh I know I won't regret it, I've wanted to try them out ever since I got my first board, where I could notice that when in the center of the deck you can hear a knocking sounds by slightly moving left and right. These were the eggshocks hitting the top of the assembly, and from there on I knew trampa had the right idea. That said, I hope to get some other stuff from trampa eventually too, probably make a cut-up deck. :P I just don't have the money, and combining the shipping is absolutely ideal. Also, aren't the spring assemblies ALWAYS a pig to fit? ;P Haha.
