noSno wheel Spacers

Post by Mutley » Tue Apr 22, 2014 4:51 pm

I've been after these for a while. As well as my Primo's I also own some MBS trispokes and some crossairs. Unfortunately these have a non standard width compared to primos's and the primo spacers dont fit.
I have tried riding without spacers and the wheels lock up or the bolts undo as your riding :O .

You will need:
Aluminium tube matching the inner bearing tube
A pipe cutter
A wheel to fit the spacer in.

1. Guesstimate and cut a piece. Too large will cause the bearing to protrude when you try it. initially its easier to have it to large so you can see how much to reduce the next spacer by.

2. Cut Spacer to the correct size. Spacers which are too small will 'drop' when the wheel is re assembled.

3. Template the original spacer to create 3 more.

Ensure when cutting your line is straight all the way round

Enjoy :)
