hello, my name is ryan. i guess here is my intro-
im 26yo, live in ventura california... i just finished my ba degree in film and production(editing, motion graphics, 3d modeling, compositing), and now lookin for a real job, i bartend at night to pay the bills. i ride a mbs comp 26 and have a mbs reactor.

i used to be a sponsored street skateboarder and now that im an old man, i mainly longboard. i ride an landy evo, randall 180, oj tangs and china reds... fastest iv gone is 60mph on it. i also enjoy mountain biking, i have a trek 4300.


and yup thats about me, i also like to drive. i used to have a ranger long travel prerunner, but switched to a vw for commuting. i love to work on cars(was a bodyman/mechanic for awhile). my current car is a 01 vw jetta vr6 on 19"miros, neuspeed lowering springs, nu-swaybars, with nu-cold intake, shotrshifter and obx cat-back exhaust. i also ride a ninja 600, with a few tiny mods.

i mainly joined this site to sell my mbs reactor. but iv been watching this sight for awhile now, figured its nice to make a presence i guess lol

ya about that... so boards that are only 6-10 years old are considered retro? man, im starting to feel really old!

.. this is my 2nd comp 26, i remember the week mbs released the comp 26! ..and the comp 16.lol
my comp 26 is still a beast, still responsive even at my size! im 230 lbs and 6'8"! lol

Welcome to the forum..... at least the posting part of it. I hate to tell you though 26 doesn't qualify as old, at least not here. You have to be 35 to make it into the Masters division of mountainboarding in the US

phew! iv noticed alot of teens on this site, ad i started when i was 16... so its good to hear there isnt any age discrepancy! lol
