Post by McCarver » Mon May 25, 2009 7:07 pm

Amazing picture I stole from a site I will not name(kentATB), amazing shot, looks scary as hell. Any idea on the who and where? Anyone got some similar pictures(dave). I have searched for shots of ¨little alaska¨ but havent had much luck. If you got any pictures of some sick incline please share(tony)

Lucky the guy didn't drown when he wiped out on that bad boy.. That is one evil not normal looking wave.

That is a reminder that Mother Sea makes the rules.

Truly is an amazing photo. The texture and color of the water is surreal....

Looks like some kind of sculpted shard of black crystal. Take away the nutball in the middle and you still got yourself an amazing picture.

Just managed to register...

That first shot is Beiran S-M at Broxburn Bing, a spoilheap near Edinburgh Airport- thats one of the smaller runs...
It's one of the Scottish rider's local spots, but a pain to hike back up

More shots from there on

Nice, cool to get some insight into the area. Looks like a brutal run, not sure if I would try it myself unless it was on a dare. Thanks for signing up dave, good to have a Scotland finally represented here.

I wouldn't try that bit either, and he didn't make it... Other slopes on the hill are really loose and can be ridden like heavy powder on a snowboard which is a blast

The original pic was taken crooked and didn't really show how steep it was... so I turned it and plumbed up the trees to make it more accurate.

Lol, that sounds exactly like me and my bro-in-law! We do that all the time.

Oh, and that wave up top? Please tell me that is photoshopped. If not, that is the scariest thing I've ever seen. Damn nature, you scary.
