How to do a Superman on a Mountainboard by Brandon Goode:

Step 1: Approach the jump with more speed than usual.
Step 2: Pre grab the inside area of your binding posts for more leverage.
Step 3:L Jump and kick up and behind you to get as much extension as possible, trying to lift the board to head level or higher.
Step 4: Commit to throwing it down and aim to get both feet back into the bindings if possible.

Remember: The most important thing to remember while trying to dirt is ALWAYS COMMIT. If you get extension on the superman, always pull the board down and try to land. The weight of the board will act as an anchor and allow you to pull yourself together. You can usually run out of it if you're not extending, but once you extend, you have to throw it down. Failure to do so will result in you body slamming the ground(bad news).
