I want to try to backflip off a small kicker.
Somehow I managed to learn how to flip in these past months. There's a problem with decent ramps in my city and I don't have the tools and knowledge to build one myself. Or where to place it so everyone could use it.
There is this small concrete kicker though, where I can pick up decent speed. My question is, do you think it could be approachable to use for backflips?
This is a link to an album showing the size and how high I can manage to jump over it. They're old pics and I have no new ones to know if I can go higher now.
Anyway, what do you think?

I've seen people flip smaller and shallower kickers but if you're fairly new to flips I'd advise trying them on some a bit steeper first.
Small kickers are fine to flip but you've got to really whip it which I'm not sure would be that easy with a shallow kicker like that considering the amount you'd have to pop at the same time.

Yeah I'd definitely agree with Alan.
The most likely thing you're gonna do is huck it and since flips aren't automatic for you yet, you're likely to land sideways, overrotate, underrotate, all kinds of bad things.
You could definitely learn them on that kicker, but it's likely that you'll hurt yourself before you do so.
Also 8Kgs is not heavy, it's pretty average.

It's heavier compared to what I had. I know how to do them but true they're not automatic yet. I was having doubts because of the size and radius. It throws me in length but not much in height, so I was questioning if my head would pass safely.
When I'm ready mentally I'm going to attempt one and come back with a follow up. Hopefully pics.

Here's a bad, six second video with the follow up.
