Heel straps

Heel straps

Are they worth it thinking of getting some fairly new to mountain boarding but been snowboarding for years and prefer the locked in feel snowboard bindings give compared to the mountain board ones

They are definitely worth getting if you've been snowboarding before. Most riders, especially in england prefer to ride with heel straps on, unless they're doing allot of freestyle.
I'd recommend either Trampa heel strapsor MBS Heels strap.
The only difference between them is that the trampa ones have a ratchet and the mbs only cam camlocks.

Great stuff I'll get some mbs ones as I have a mbs board and I'm from England so best keep up the tradition lol I guess they help a lot spins and jumps

right I head from a very good source that mbs will be bringing out a new heel strap next year some time even though mbs them selves deny this in a email I just received lol so do I get the pro fx2 for the time bing or wait for the new ones

There isn't really much for them to change with the next one (if there is one) except for adding a ratchet. But if they were going to release a new one i'd of thought they'd release it with the rest of their new product line. i'd recommend getting heel straps now.

Cool I'll just get some fx 2s one of there pro riders is testing some out apparently but as you say could be late next year till they drop thanks for all your help guys
