Quick early review of the Pro97
Hey everyone,
I put my initial review up at http://www.mountainboard.fr/test-matos/mbs-pro-97-dylan-warren_20/ (I haven't had much time riding freestyle and rode downhill a couple of times.)
This should show up in English, and is also available in French. Language toggle buttons are up in the to right area.

finally got round to reading this and i really enjoyed it.
you can really tell you are a lover of the spot and all its small technicalities! as am i!
also really got me laughing regard the English tick tack turning, its simply the most ridiculous thing! looks silly and feel terrible compared to a good carve in my opinion. in other words i think the description you gave of loose trucks sounds awesome (specifically in skate parks and bowls).
regarding deck stiffness - i cant help thinking about mattresses (having just bought one) the principle should be that the top layer is soft and comforting and the center is harder and supportive. in a deck i imagine this as being hard during normal riding but with some 'give' or flexibility to absorb shock in landing of big jumps.
