well my comp 90 deck has gone a bit soggy and i think i am to big for it now 5 ft 7 and about 9 stone. Basically want to get a new deck, I am riding matrix trucks at the moment so the question is really 35deg long trampa (how many ply?) or pro 95.

Trampa 16 ply, go with the holey pro if you can afford it.

Pre drilled to only accept the Trampa spring truck steering systems

Dont know for sure but suspect the trampa holy pro will weigh more than MBS.

If you go for the trampa just ask for it to be drilled for matrix.

infinity have 2 different bolt patterns in the front and the holy is drilled for the wide pattern which is different from matrix pattern.

if you order a bloank deck and ask ted nicely you may find he will drill for matrix just give em a ring and you'll never need a new deck again!

im 5'8 and 10 stone and the pro95 was just a touch too spongy for me, so ill also give a +1 for going for it given your stats should be just right. having said that, a pro95 will snap, a trampa wont, having snapped my comp 95 after 3 years of riding im now on a 16 ply long trampa and its a bit stiff, i reckon if your going trampa go 16 if you want to shape it a bit other wise 15 (this applies for long!) bear in mind trampas are heavier, a bit of a bummer if your used to a nice light mbs...

oh and as people said ask for the trampa to be drilled for matrix, they did for me no problem...after i snapped my comp95 and transferred all the hardware to the trampa.
I strive to ride as much as a go on http://www.surfingdirt.com/forum

pro 95's construction is completely different to a comp, also the thing that puts me off trampas beside the weight is how it bends up in the middle

Sorry to hijack your thread but I'm also thinking in the near future to upgrade my deck. I would like something more stiffer than my 2010 comp 95. Was thinking about the new Pro 95 retaliation or the TK 100.
Where do you guys get your decks only? MBS Europe has them, but I would like more options. ATBShop.uk and Powerkiteshop.com have only the full boards available or only old models. Thanks.
