What do you do to maintain and take care of your board? And what basic maintenance is there?

best maintenance... (mud falls out)

And check your screws once in a while, or you will be screwed if you loose any hardware

yes, but if you loose it during ride, it is not that fun. :D
My friend lost it on a bx race, he was going right, and his wheel decided to go left :D
