MBS comp 6 bindings

Post by bennett326 » Wed May 08, 2013 3:46 pm

hey guys so i recently bought this http://www.ebay.com/itm/171031572212?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 as my first board. and i have a few questions; will it accept regular snowboard bindings? and i cant seem to unscrew the "posts" that hold the bindings in place, any ideas?

are your bindings 4pin? from this pic it looks like they have the old style heavy bindings with baseplate, and that takes the 4 pin like on a snowboard if im not mistaken

You'll find they are prob rusted in a bit, but with a bit of good old wd40 and brute force and ignorance they will come out,
I dunno about a drill pattern for regular snowboard bindings but i know that nosno use a standard 4 hole drill pattern.
I've just swapped the same bindings you have for mbs pro 4's and used a drill pattern that was posted on here for a guide though it was still apig and took a loooonnnggg time to work it all out properely (onlyt get one shot at it!)
Though i am still waiting to bolt 'em on as i didn't have time today to get the hardware it is all drilled and ready to rock.
So have reshared the drill pattern hopeing it of some use to you.

thanks guys,
from that picture ben it looks like the previous owner put the straps on the standoffs wrong, so no wonder they are uncomfortable..and yes they are definitely the heavy ones heh

also thanks for the drill layout im not sure i want to try and drill it now.

hey guys can you look at my trucks,

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B4NIKFSbqmrZeTRESVdNTmwySk0/edit?usp=sharing

it looks to me like that bolt is going to grind because its metal on metal is this how its supposed to be or am i missing a washer? also can anyone confirm if these are the Multishock trucks. if so can i use the eggshocks and the springs for matrix trucks but not the top trucks right?

thanks
