why is 21 always the start of a new bracket when filling out these things?! I know I'm still young but man, never in the lowest bracket anymore.

21-26 is about the last time you can remember being young when you hit 30+ but you stop over expressing to everyone your still young really and start being a bit coy with it. Its about the time when time starts going a bit quicker. Its just before the period when you start lamenting over cartoons you watched when you grew up and how chocolate bars have got smaller but more expensive.
At least you can moan about not being in the lowest bracket.
