Take the bottom hanger off and put it on the other way :)

yup.

Step 1 take out all the eggs and springs
Step 2 remove the kingpin
Step 3 spin the bottom hangar (the axel where the wheels go) around.
Step 4 put the kingpin back in
Step 5 put eggs and springs back in (see video tutorials, adrians blog 'the dirt box' has a good un)
Step 6 repeat with the other truck
Step 7 realise its awesome :)

It makes the board feel loads more poppy and it seems new again.
The turning also changes :)

I thought I'd like it but I didn't. The extra height off the ground isn't my preference and it felt a bit dodgy for some reason. I'm guessing it's probably worth it for freestyle but personally it wasn't as good whilst carving and downhilling. But yeah it's simple, but I did have a bit of a fiddle getting the springs to line up, I was using dampas and they wouldn't fit in the hats.

it reduces the turning circle by putting the wheels closer to your feet, puts the wheels more under your feet which helps with nose manuals, general jib control. It lifts the board aprox. half an inch, apparently stiffens the deck though thats debated.

Downside is u can catch your toe on the wheels, not as stable (never been a problem) makes it harder to push due to it being higher.

I use dampas and didnt have any more of a problem than usual putting it together.

Strange... The bottom and top hats didn't line up properly so the spring was at an angle and the dampas couldn't slot into the hats, will take a pic when I have the chance.

I tried it but did not get on with it. The board is more poppy, but I like the stability of the wider wheel base. Good for tricking but not for freeriding

doing this to a comp26 creates an awesome freeride board, and with 9 inchers it gives you alot of clearence going over big stones. i've got a couple of boards with it on and they both have eggs that are at an angle, still work tho, one of thems even a springless set and they don't pop out.

does work much better on a longer board tho.i've been racking my brain cell to figure out how to get the lowered center of gravity close to the rider that regular channals have with the wheel to wheel axels of bioics. haven't come up with anything yet. nosno and flame trucks seem to have the nearest idea.

Cool to see this catching on...if you like skate park ridding flipped trucks is the only way to go.....I free ride and down hill all the time I have never felt any down side to flipped trucks. Hbomb has a fix if you ride a 95 and get toe rub. Basically u move your leading binding mount back and only use one bolt...he has never had it come loos....I ride a 100 tk so no need as I don't get rub with my size 11.5 feet.

I highly suggest ridding the board for a few days after flipping....as it takes a ill bit to get used to....very few ppl I have convinced to try it give it a proper go over a few sessions. Trust me it's a game changer!

have always thought id try it but never seem to get around to it. always a matter of no time and when i get time i just want to ride, not tinker.

personally i normally freeride and carve etc so i dont feel the need for any more height and if it does worsen steering, well...then whats the point in that. we already have little to no steering (compared with bikes at least).

come on...someone talk me into it, i dare you :P

sentences like that are more likely to deter me, i am no sheep!
still if there is a compelling enough reason im just looking for enough motivation to get me to spend the time on doing it and trying it out
