Anyone know how to use a water kite to jump with a board or standing? I am trying not to get injured! I am pretty decent at flying 2 handled 4 string Power Kites, but a bar is new to me. Are there any techniques or videos on YouTube that could help?

You should probably get used to steering with a bar first.
Once you are comfortable kiting with a bar jumping comes almost naturally.
While riding left or right, steer the kite quickly to 12 o'clock or slightly in the opposite direction you are going and power the bar once it reaches that position. In order to land properly again steer the kite down again just right before landing.
The Kite will fly more quickly in the direction of zenith if you open the bar (push the bar away from you) which will lead to a higher jump height.
I noticed that it helps a lot with kite landboarding to actively jump of the ground when you are about to take off. (On water you would rather edge hard to increase the tension in the lines between you and the kite)
Hope that helps
