This ride spot looks terrific. The perspective of this footage from and RC heli? is amazing. Really cool, thanks for sharing!

I take a couple uppers
I down a couple downers
But nothing compares
To these Burton Dassett Hills
I've been to mushroom mountain
Once or twice but who's countin'

Time for a road trip methinks. After been taught a lesson or two by the South Downs I could have some real fun there.

Is the camera part of the chopper or bolted on?
Part of the "vibration" you are seeing is a camera artefact which is a result of the rolling shutter - with a little bit of vibration, by the time it finishes reading the last pixel of the last row, the camera has moved so much that the view isn't from the same angle as the first row of pixels.
Can you set it to 60fps? If so, that may help.
If not, you want to give it some flex - suspend the camera by a triangle of rubber tubing - this will lower the frequency of the vibration to where the rolling shutter will not exaggerate it.
