Im making a kicker with some wood i have left over.
I will put it at my house after a gentle slope so i will have a moderate amount of speed approaching, i would place the kicker in front of a 3 foot wall and build a landing in the feild which it leads into. The landing would be lower than the height of the wall for more air time.
I would like it to have enough pop off it to spin nice 360s and maybe to learn 540s at a push.
Anyway, does anyone have good dimentions for a kicker between 3 and 4 foot high?

Since the jump is stepping down you can have a mellow kicker as it won't need to throw you up. A mellow radius would be about three times the height of the kicker, so if its three feet high you can make the radius about 9 feet, which will make the kicker about 7 feet long. For more pop, just shorten the radius.

this is the post I was thinking of: http://www.surfingdirt.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3197&highlight=kicker the link to tutorial is under the phoyos.
I've been looking into a big bike ramp style for my new setup when we move to a new house. they tend to look like big sweeping curves of wood held up abit like a deck chair. seems like you'd use a lot less ply on the sides, and you could raise or lower it abit like a deck chair.

Thanks for the replies everyone!
Think im going to go for a 3.5 ft high, 7ft long kicker with a 9ft radius to give a bit more pop.
Will post pictures when its finished, thanks again
